JUNE HOUSING INDICATORS FOR GEORGIA
New Listings and Closed Sales saw moderate year-over-year gains, while Pending Sales declined. Median and Average Sales Prices were flat. Inventory levels continue to rise; however, lack of housing supply continues to remain a challenge across the state.
Housing Market Highlights for June:
🔼 New Listings increased 7% to 19,675
🔽 Pending Sales decreased 4% to 10,748
🔼 Closed Sales increased 11% to 12,320
🔼 Days on Market increased 35% to 50 days
🔼 Median Sales Price increased 1% to $375,000
🔼 Average Sales Price increased 1% to $467,096
🔼 Inventory levels increased 33% to 48,751 units
🔼 Months Supply of Inventory rose to 4.8 months
